Specialties & Breadth of Service

Most clients engage me for “grown-up” websites, when they’ve outgrown their cheap starter site or their branding. Although my specialty is web design I’m skilled in other types of design and I also have an excellent network of colleagues to recommend or collaborate with on your behalf as needed.

My services stretch beyond web design and include logos, branding, graphics, business cards, email templates, banner ads, etc.

WordPress Expert

Clients say I work magic with WordPress. I like to think of it more as sculpting: adding and chipping away code & plugins until your site is perfectly balanced both visually and under-the-hood. I find the most successful sites are ones that do just what’s needed without the distractions of an ill-fitted template.

Web Copy Writing

I encourage my clients to have their website content professionally written for both search engine optimization (SEO) and usability. Working with a copywriter before or during the design process also helps clients to overcome some of the stumbling blocks they encounter when trying to write it themselves.

If you prefer to write the content yourself, your project scope may include proofreading and lightly editing your content to remove typos and confusing links.
